Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

2. How to return an order

Returns are only accepted after prior notification.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

After approval, you will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • The return address

Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in their original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible

  • Not show signs of damage, wear or use

The Pink Bookmark reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment and its tracking.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)

  • Personalised or custom-made products

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

8. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider
