Returned items must:
Be unused, unworn and in their original condition
Be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible
Not show signs of damage, wear or use
The Pink Bookmark reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for the return shipment and its tracking.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
